Heard that many viceroyers are interested being a tester. So here are the requirement for testers:

DB4- Party Party 1.4m [random chance]

DB8- You 1m [as you wish]

If you think are able to pass, come on in! Find the admins for test!!
regarding being admin/JR, there's currently no slots available.
